④ 「Is there anything you do no want mentioned around this character? || Fourth Wall Breakage?」I have no opinion on fourth wall breaking really.
⑤ 「Offensive subjects?」He isn't offended easily, and neither am I.

①「Hugging this character」He might freeze a little but you are welcome to do it.
②「Kissing this character」Same as above!
③「Flirting with this character」Same! Flirt away!
④「Fighting with this character?」IC actions = IC Consequences, but I have no problem with it. Let's talk about it to be sure, though!
⑤ 「Punching this character (provided they can fight back)?」You do and he will hit back. He doesn't take shit. XD
⑥ 「Injuring/killing/etc. this character?」Let's talk about it first!
⑦「Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character?」He can't use Psychic abilities, but that's fine.
⑧ 「Triggers?」He doesn't have any. Unless you threaten Lyra or his family, then he'll kick your ass.
⑨ 「Medical info?」His bones are a bit more suseptible to breakage than normal humans due to being a bird. His eyes and eyes are also stronger than humans, but this makes them more vulnerable as well.
